Hmm the idea that sebastian has been wandering around from contract to contract, bored, unsatisfied, and deeply unhappy without even realising it for thousands of years. And then he meets the youngest human he's ever served and makes a contract. It's the hardest he's ever had to work for a meal, and he finds himself constantly busy. The Young Master even takes a child only a bit older than him home from a mission and inadvertently makes it sebastian's job to raise it. And then, slowly, they add more staff to the household. And everyone is so bad at their jobs that it just adds to sebastian's work. And slowly, without realising it, he starts to feel fulfilled and the boredom leaves him. There's no room for boredom in a place so full of chaos. Sebastian is happy there, though he doesn't know it yet. He's been changed by these humans
