Comparing this panel to Sebastian's schedule: assuming the time on the watch is read as 3:00pm, one can deduce that Sebastian dipped out after Ciel's lunch and recruited Bard on the other side of the Atlantic within the span of two and a half hours (while also being an hour late for preparing Ciel's tea unless he did it in advance before he left). Which would make Sebastian absolutely terrifying in a manner that borders on incomprehensibility.
