After a lengthy debate with the finest of minds, it seemed like a good idea to put this into a poll, so, for fellow Vampire Chronicles fans: They couldn't have sex in the books, but on the show and in fic, they obviously do, and often.
As TVC vamps notoriously have razor sharp, glass-like fingernails, that can easily slice an artery with the flick of a wrist, how do they handle fingering?
They leave their nails as they are and shred those holes.
They skip finger prep and just ram it right in there.
They trim/cut/use excessive Home Depot-esque tools to cut their nails every time
They use their tongues instead.
They wear plugs constantly, just in case.
They keep dildos around (of the finest glass, obviously, for the aesthetic).
They use mind control to thoroughly loosen assholes.
I prefer to pretend this is not an issue and ignore it altogether.
I have never thought about this and now I will and I hate you.
