"There are four general rules while foraging for wild plants. The first one is to take only what you can eat, and not a single plant more. If you overforage, they won't be able to come back next year. The second is to never take plants you don't recognize. When spring rolls around, there are always a few people who die after eating poisonous plants. This is not to go off alone. Don't go to far in, and make sure you're always within sight of everyone else. And fourth, be careful of bears. Be sure to wear your bear bells to let them know where you are so they can avoid you."
