i was just thinking about how cool it would have been for the writers to work louis singing into season 1 because jacob is obviously an incredibly talented singer. but honestly i don’t know if we would have survived it. like imagine louis singing at grace’s wedding or performing at the azalea or listening to lestat play piano and starting to sing along quietly to himself without looking up from his book. and imagine lestat—whose last remaining tether to humanity is music who loves music so much that he won’t consider feeding on skilled musicians who repeatedly shows his love for louis through music and probably loves music more than anything on earth except for louis—realizing that louis has the voice of an angel. imagine the look on his face imagine the way he would throw himself off the piano bench and crawl to louis on his hands and knees. imagine the lives lost (mine).
