Aaaaaand my latest book crush is Carmilla! It is a gothic novella written by Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu that inspired Bram Stoker to write Dracula. It is one of the early vampire fictions out there ( if we can trust Wikipedia). Carmilla is the name of the vampire lady/the villain in the story/, who I found inspiring to draw. Not to mention the era - the late 19 century!
